Do you mean range as the HP defines it? If so zero.

Do you mean range as is commonly accepted in radio reception?

When you hook the GPS up the HP1 sets to 0 automaticaly but you can raise it back up with it connected, after you unhook the GPS you need to raise the range back up to where you want it to be or it will stay at 0.

When the GPS is attached, I do not seem to be able to adjust the range.

Range as it is defined by Home Patrol. I cannot seem to adjust the range when the GPS is attached. Is the range adjustable when a Garmin GPS puck is attached?
